Kristin Kouka is a Carmel Clay School Board candidate for District 1. As a Carmel Clay School board member, Kristin would use her experience as a community volunteer, active PTO member, small business owner, parent and pediatric speech-language pathologist to best serve our growing and diverse community.

 

Kristin is passionate about making sure all students have a safe place in our public schools, especially students who have special needs or different learning requirements.

 

Kristin grew up with a strong respect for learning, as both of her parents were public school teachers. Her father also spent many years on their hometown school board, including as board president. This background has allowed Kristin to have a unique perspective on how important public schools are for our community.
